    We collect only what a project needs: your name, email address, phone number, and project details submitted through our contact channels. No data is collected passively beyond standard server logs.

  2. 02

    Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare a project quote, and deliver the agreed work. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

  3. 03

    Client data encountered during development — databases, credentials, analytics, API keys — stays inside your own accounts and infrastructure. Access is limited to the engineer assigned to your project and is fully revoked upon handover.

  4. 04

    Payment details are processed exclusively by our payment provider. Card numbers and financial credentials never reach our servers. Enquiry and project records are retained only as long as needed to support the work, then deleted on request.

  5. 05

    Write to info@northforge-web.com to request a copy of your data, its correction, or its deletion. We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and act within 30 days.

    Northforge Web provides custom web development, full-stack application architecture, UI/UX design, e-commerce integration, API development, cloud deployment, and digital strategy services to businesses, startups, and growing enterprises.

  2. 02

    All work is governed by a written project scope agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope are documented in a written amendment and may affect timeline and cost. Verbal agreements do not constitute scope changes.

  3. 03

    All deliverables — source code, design assets, documentation, and technical configurations — are transferred electronically via secure digital distribution. No physical shipping is involved in any service we provide.

  4. 04

    Upon receipt of final payment, the client receives full ownership of all custom code and assets produced for their project. Northforge Web retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  5. 05

    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Kansas City, MO.

    Consulting hours are billable once the session has been delivered. Sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance are not charged, and any prepayment is returned in full within 5 business days.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price services — including audits, template setups, module integrations, and full builds — are refundable in full if you cancel before work begins. Cancellation must be submitted in writing to info@northforge-web.com.

  3. 03

    Once work has started, refunds are prorated against the stages completed and documented in your project schedule. Completed and formally delivered stages are non-refundable regardless of subsequent cancellation.

  4. 04

    If a delivered result does not match the written scope, we will correct it at no additional cost. If we are unable to correct it within a reasonable timeframe, the affected stage will be refunded in full.

  5. 05

    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of written confirmation. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant delivery date.

Plain language

Cancel before work starts and you pay nothing. Everything else is prorated to the stage you reached.
